Depending on enabled integrations, we process meeting metadata, attendees, notes, and selected message context to generate meeting briefs.
2. How data is used
Data is used to generate context-rich briefings, reminders, and follow-up support. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Security controls
Access tokens are encrypted, access is role-scoped, and service infrastructure uses managed providers with audit and logging controls.
4. Retention
Data is retained only as needed for product functionality, account management, and operational diagnostics unless deletion is requested.
